Jeff Joireman, PH.D.

MBA Professor

Jeff Joireman is Professor and Chairperson in the Carson College’s Department of Marketing and International Business at Washington State University, where he teaches consumer behavior, marketing research, statistics, and international marketing. Dr. Joireman’s research focuses on responses to service failures as well as transformative consumer research topics including decision making related to health, finances, the environment and corporate social responsibility.

Dr. Joireman is a member of the International Business Institute at Washington State University.
